Rapid Harbor Funding provides a business-funding marketplace and application experience. We are not promising approval, a specific funding amount, price, term, or funding timeline.

Eligibility and accuracy

You must be authorized to submit information on behalf of the business. You agree to provide complete and accurate information and to update material information when requested.

Funding partners

Your information may be provided to Strategic Funding Group, LLC and participating funding partners for evaluation. Any funding offer is subject to the provider’s underwriting, documentation, approval, and separate agreement.

Electronic communications and authorization

By using the application and selecting the applicable consent boxes, you agree to electronic records and communications and authorize the verification activities described in the application. Telephone and SMS consent is governed by the consent language presented when you submit your information.

No guarantee

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funding. Available products, amounts, costs, terms, and timing depend on business qualifications and provider requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, submit fraudulent information, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in violation of law.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided without warranties, and Rapid Harbor Funding is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
